Valicor is an employee-owned company on a mission: to find ways to more efficiently use our planet’s natural resources. The firm focuses on extracting more use out of manufacturing oils, wastewater, and byproducts while developing new technologies that enable its customers to align business and sustainability goals. Senior leadership reached out to us shortly after completing a visual identity freshening and website overhaul with another firm and was in the process of merging separately operating divisions into one organization. The website wasn’t delivering the results they needed and the divisions were still operating separately, undermining efforts to expand service offerings and grow the business. They wanted our help to add focus and clarity to Valicor’s message and rally the company around a shared vision for the future.
NewFoundry conducted one-on-one discovery interviews with Valicor senior leadership and quantitative research with employees at all levels of the firm to uncover the core strengths and prevailing attitudes that drive the enterprise. NewFoundry researchers explored the competitive and advanced technology landscapes to uncover key vulnerabilities and open marketplace territory. Our team then distilled all of the findings into a brand platform that declares Valicor’s position in the marketplace: Vital for Tomorrow. An equally important outcome of the discovery work is the rallying statement that guides the firm in living its unified brand truth, Finding a Better Way.
Building on the internal brand truth, NewFoundry built an all-new blog for Valicor employees to share company news and showcase Valicor’s Finding a Better Way manifesto in action. Our engineering team explored and documented user experience maps to create a rewarding experience for employees while our design team bolstered and extended the existing Valicor identity to drive the design of the blog, future digital destinations, and print materials.
Adding vital momentum to building the Valicor brand, NewFoundry created all the details necessary to bring a big idea to life including company overview and product line collateral, trade show displays, product explainer video storyboard and script writing, and brand launch consulting services.
NewFoundry built an all-new, responsive website for fluid recovery and regeneration firm Valicor. The new digital presence amplifies the company’s Vital for Tomorrow brand standpoint, unifies and clarifies the company’s market offering and adds powerful momentum to the building of the Valicor brand.
